Courses
The Arbre en Arbre® parks offer courses reserved for children and others for juniors/adults.
Practice course : All participants must complete a training course before moving on to the treetop circuits.
Children’s Courses
Young Squirrels : Easy course
Young Adventurers : Easy to intermediate course
Junior/Adult Courses
Discovery : Easy
Sensation : Intermediate
Emotion : Difficult
No Limit : Very difficult
Tyrolean : Intermediate
These courses increase in difficulty and height. It is important to respect your limits.
Activity Requirements
Height

Children’s Courses
- The Young Squirrels course is accessible to children aged 4 and up who measure at least 1m20 with their arms raised.
- The Young Adventurers course is accessible to children aged 7-8 and up who measure at least 1m40 with their arms raised.
- The children are under constant adult supervision (from the ground).

Junior/Adult Courses
- Accessible to people measuring at least 1m80 with their arms raised.
- Juniors aged 16 and under may access the various courses if they are accompanied by an adult.
Weight
- There is no maximum weight; however, the parks are not equipped with safety harnesses for people weighing more than 275lbs.
Attire
- Running shoes
- Closed and appropriate clothing
- Avoid wearing jewellery and sunglasses
- Long hair tied
ID required
- A piece of ID is left as a guarantee for the equipment loaned to the participant.
